Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 working days. However, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

International Orders

Import charges may be payable on receipt of your order. Rates will vary depending on the import laws applicable in your country. You are responsible for all such fees and taxes, if any.

Shipping Costs

We charge flat rate shipping on all orders, depending on your location. Please refer to the table below for current shipping costs. Shipping cost is the same whether you order one item or several, and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Within Australia, all orders of two or more items are sent with tracking. If you create an account on our site, you will be able to fetch your tracking number from your account page.

All International Orders, regardless of size, are sent by Standard Airmail, which includes tracking.

Shipping costs are determined by your location.

SE Asia: $22.00 AUD
North America $24.90 AUD
Rest of the World: $28.20 AUD

Australia: $9.90 AUD
New Zealand: $19.90 AUD
SE Asia: $29.90 AUD
North America: $34.90 AUD
