Refund & Returns Policy

If you need to return an item please contact us first. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the last item in your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be made to the credit card or original payment method used. You shall incur the return postage fees.

If a product is received in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition we will refund or replace it. We may also ask you to return the item to us. Please contact us before sending anything back.

In case of non-delivery:

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. However, you MUST contact us within 6 weeks (42 days) from the date of dispatch of your order to lodge a claim for a lost order.

PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 22 November 2023 you have the right
to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of
the last item in your order, by completing the withdrawal form on this
website.
